7:00-8:00	After waking up, take a shower and have breakfast. Check the weather and local news on the radio or the Internet.
8:00-9:00	Walk or drive to work. In the capital, Stanley, commute times are generally short.
9:00-12:00	Morning work. Many people work in government, port, or agricultural jobs.
12:00-13:00	Lunchtime. Eat a lunch brought from home or a light meal at a cafe, then take a break.
13:00-17:00	Afternoon work. Work with the local community and outdoor work are also carried out during this time.
17:00-18:00	Leave work on time and go home. The commute is short, so you can get home immediately after work.
18:00-19:00	Have dinner with your family. Locally produced food is often served at the table.
19:00-21:00	Read or watch TV at home. Sometimes go for a walk outside or hang out with friends.
21:00-22:30	Spend some time quietly after taking a shower. Many people go to bed around 22:00.

12:00-13:00	Lunchtime. Students socialize with friends while eating their own packed lunch or snacks provided by the school.
13:00-15:30	Afternoon classes. Diverse subjects include physical education, art, and local history.
15:30-16:30	Time to go home. In some areas, after-school activities and extra classes may be held.
17:00-18:30	Time to do homework and read after returning home. Many families have an early dinner.
18:30-20:00	Time to spend with family. Popular activities include watching TV and playing board games.
20:00-21:30	Take a shower, prepare for the next day, and get ready for bed. I tend to go to bed relatively early.
