5:30-6:30 Wake up, take a shower, have a light breakfast, and get ready for work.
6:30-7:30 Arrive early to avoid traffic jams. Most people travel by car or bus.
7:30-12:00 Morning work. This is the time period when people focus on meetings, paperwork, and outside sales.
12:00-13:00 Lunch break. Many people go home to have lunch, and people tend to take a good break.
13:00-17:00 Afternoon work. Mostly responding to emails, working in the company, and dealing with clients.
17:00-18:30 Return home after work. Traffic jams can make travelling time difficult.
18:30-20:00 Time to have dinner with family. Enjoy conversation while eating a leisurely meal at home.
20:00-22:00 Spend free time watching TV, using social media, reading, etc.
22:00-23:30 Take a bath, prepare for the next day, and then go to bed. Many people go to bed relatively early.

6:30-7:30 Go to school by bus or on foot. Some schools start early in the morning, so the commute is early.
7:30-12:00 Class hours. In addition to the main subjects, there may be religion or local subjects.
12:00-13:00 Lunch and break. Some students go home and others eat their lunch at school.
13:00-15:00 Some schools have classes in the afternoon, but most finish in the morning.
15:00-17:00 Homework and helping with household chores. Some children help with the family business.
17:00-18:30 Time to exercise and play outside with friends in the neighborhood. In some areas, sports are popular.
18:30-20:00 Time to have dinner with the family and spend time together.
20:00-21:30 Doing homework, watching TV, etc. Getting ready for school is also done during this time.
21:30-22:30 Taking a bath and going to bed. I have the habit of going to bed relatively early to prepare for the next day.
