Daily schedule of a person living in Antigua and Barbuda

Time period (local time)	Activities
6:00-7:00	Wake up, take a shower, have breakfast and get information from the news or radio.
7:00-8:00	Commute by car or bus. There is little traffic congestion, but it is common to leave early.
8:00-12:00	Morning work. This is the time period when clerical work, meetings, and customer service are done.
12:00-13:00	Lunch break. There are various styles, such as food stalls, restaurants, and homemade lunches at home.
13:00-16:30	Afternoon work. The work is mainly practical, such as progressing projects and answering phone calls.
16:30-17:30	Prepare to leave work and go home. There is little overtime, and it is common to leave work on time.
18:00-19:30	Have dinner after returning home. There is a strong tendency to value time spent with family.
19:30-21:00	Time to relax, such as with hobbies, watching TV, or socializing with family.
21:00-22:30	Many people take a bath, prepare for the next day, and go to bed relatively early.

8:00-12:00	Morning classes. Mainly basic subjects such as English, math, and science.
12:00-13:00	Lunch break. Eat lunch provided by the school or bring your own.
13:00-15:00	Afternoon classes. P.E., arts, and group activities are also held during this time.
15:00-16:00	Club activities and extra lessons are held during this time. Participation is optional, but very popular.
16:00-17:00	Go home. Spend time with friends or go directly home and spend the evening with family.
17:00-18:30	Dinner and break. Time to relax while watching TV or talking.
18:30-20:00	Homework and preparation for the next day. This time is used to work on school assignments.
20:00-21:30	It is common to get ready for bed, take a bath, and go to bed around 22:00.
