12:30-14:00	Lunch and break. Eat in the on-site cafeteria, and sometimes spend time reading or praying.
14:00-17:00	Afternoon duties. Mainly deal with visitors, support religious affairs, and prepare materials.
17:00-18:00	After school, spend quiet time in the chapel or return home.
18:00-19:30	Dinner. Eat simple, healthy food and spend time with family or community.
19:30-21:00	Time to watch TV, read books, and pray. Tend to value spiritual peace.
21:00-22:30	Bath and prepare for bed. They tend to go to bed early to prepare for the next morning.
