Daily schedule of a person living in Ukraine

Time period (local time)	Activities
6:30-7:30	Wake up, take a shower, have bread and tea for breakfast, and get ready for work.
7:30-8:30	Commute by public transport or car. In urban areas, leave early to avoid road congestion.
8:30-12:00	Morning work. This is the time period when you concentrate on responding to emails, holding meetings, and preparing documents.
12:00-13:00	Lunch break. Bring a lunch box to work or eat at a nearby cafe.
13:00-17:00	Afternoon work. This is the time period when you deal with clients and work as a team.
17:00-18:00	Leave work on time. Often has plans to go shopping or pick up children.
18:00-19:30	Dinner. Spend time with family over borsch or potato dishes.
19:30-21:00	Use free time to watch TV, do housework, read, etc.
21:00-22:30	Take a bath, prepare for the next day, relax, and go to bed.

7:30-8:00	Go to school on foot or by bus. In the suburbs, parents are usually responsible for picking up and dropping off their children.
8:00-12:00	Classes. Main subjects such as Ukrainian, mathematics, and science are taught.
12:00-13:00	Lunch break. Eat lunch in the school cafeteria or at home. Sometimes students go home for a short while.
13:00-15:00	Afternoon classes and club activities. There may be no afternoon classes on some days.
15:00-17:00	Homework and extracurricular activities. Many students have private tutors or attend cram schools.
17:00-18:30	Free time to watch TV, play games, hang out with friends, etc.
18:30-20:00	Time to have dinner with family and discuss the day's events.
20:00-21:30	Time to prepare for the next day, do remaining homework, read, etc.
21:30-22:30	I take a bath and get ready for bed, and usually go to bed around 22:00.
