13:00-17:00 Afternoon work. Time to deal with clients and work as a team.
17:00-18:00 They often leave work on time and tend to value their private life after work.
18:00-19:30 They have dinner after returning home. They sit down at the table with their family and enjoy a healthy meal.
19:30-21:00 They spend their free time doing hobbies, sports, watching TV, going for walks, etc.
