12:00-13:00 | Lunch break. Traditionally the most important meal of the day, this is a hot meal eaten in a restaurant or company cafeteria. |
13:00-16:00 | Afternoon work. Continuing on from the morning or tackling new tasks. Highly productive hours. |
16:00-17:00 | Regular time to leave work. There is little overtime, and many employees start going home at this time. |
17:30-19:00 | Dinner with family at home. They have the habit of eating relatively heavy meals such as soup or meat dishes. |
