17:00-18:00	After work, they go home, or take a walk along the seaside or drop into a cafe.
18:00-19:30	Dinner. Enjoy a home-cooked meal using locally sourced seafood and vegetables with their family.
19:30-21:00	Watch TV, do their hobbies, read, or relax at home.
21:00-22:30	Take a bath and get ready for bed before going to bed. They have the habit of going to bed relatively early.
