7:30-8:30	Commuting by car is the norm. In urban areas, people leave work early to avoid rush hour.
8:30-12:30	Morning work. This is the time to focus on checking emails, holding meetings, and dealing with customers.
12:30-13:30	Lunch break. People often have a leisurely lunch at a restaurant or cafe.
13:30-17:00	Afternoon work. Project work, meetings, and field trips are carried out.
17:00-18:00	Leave work. Many people go shopping or stop by a cafe before heading home.
18:00-19:30	Dinner. Time to enjoy traditional or Mediterranean cuisine with family.
19:30-21:00	Family time, watching TV, reading. It is common to go out with friends or take a walk.
21:00-22:30	Bath and prepare for bed. Students tend to go to bed relatively early in preparation for the next day's work.
