6:30-7:30	Wake up, have coffee and a snack, watch the news, and get ready for work.
7:30-8:30	Commute by foot, car, or public transport. In urban areas, there is morning traffic congestion.
8:30-12:30	Morning duties. This is the time for meetings, responding to emails, and desk work.
12:30-13:30	Lunch break. Many people have a proper meal at a restaurant or cafe.
13:30-17:00	Afternoon duties. Deal with clients and work on projects. Sometimes there is a meeting.
17:00-18:00	Finish work. Many people relax by spending time with friends at cafes in town.
18:00-19:30	Dinner at home. In addition to meat and fish dishes, salads and soups are often on the table.
19:30-21:00	Time to relax by watching TV, talking with family, or taking a walk around the neighborhood.
21:00-22:30	After bathing, prepare for the next day and go to bed. A regular lifestyle is important.
