6:00-7:00 After waking up, have a light breakfast and get ready. Many people commute by motorbike, so they need to get ready early.
7:00-8:00 Commute by motorbike or bus. Because traffic is heavy, they leave home early to get to work.
8:00-12:00 Morning work. Check emails, attend meetings, and deal with customers, so they can concentrate on their work before the heat gets too intense.
12:00-13:30 Lunch break. Eat pho or banh mi at a nearby restaurant or food stall, and refresh yourself by drinking coffee.
13:30-17:30 Afternoon work. Continuing from the morning, people prepare documents and hold meetings. In the evening, the heat subsides and work becomes more productive.
17:30-18:30 Time to leave work. Many people head home early to avoid getting caught in traffic jams again.
18:30-20:00 Have dinner with family or friends. Many people eat out, spending time at lively street restaurants.
20:00-22:00 Relax by watching TV or chatting with friends at a cafe. The younger generation also enjoys social media and watching videos.
22:00-23:00 Take a bath and get ready for bed. Many people go to bed relatively early because they have to get up early the next morning.

14:00-17:00 Afternoon classes. Students continue to study subjects such as science and social studies in the morning. To combat the heat, classrooms are equipped with electric fans and air conditioners.
17:00-18:00 Time to go home from school. They spend the time visiting a cafe with friends or going straight home.
18:00-19:30 Eat dinner with the family. In Vietnam, dinner is the most important meal of the day, and people eat it in a lively atmosphere.
19:30-21:30 Do homework, prepare for class, and review. Many students attend cram schools, and may study until late at night.
21:30-22:30 Time to relax. After enjoying TV or using their smartphones, they take a bath and get ready for bed.
