Weekday schedule of a Thai office worker

6:00-7:00 Start the day by waking up, taking a shower, and having a light breakfast at a food stall.
7:00-8:30 Commute by motorbike, BTS (elevated railway), or bus. This is the time when traffic is heavy in urban areas.
8:30-12:00 Morning work. This is the time when you concentrate on answering phone calls, doing paperwork, and holding meetings.
12:00-13:00 Lunch. Many people have Thai food at food stalls or in the company cafeteria.
13:00-17:30 Afternoon work. This mainly involves dealing with customers, holding internal meetings, and doing desk work.
17:30-18:30 Leave work. Many people shop or eat at food stalls on the way home.
19:00-20:30 Get home and have dinner. Eating out or with family is common.
20:30-22:00 Relax by watching TV, using your smartphone, or talking with family.
22:00-23:30 Take a shower and get ready for bed, trying not to stay up late.

21:30-22:30 Time to take a bath and get ready for bed before going to bed. Many families are conscious of leading a regular life.
