6:00-7:00 After waking up, get dressed and have breakfast with tea or Arabic coffee and a light snack.
7:00-8:00 Commute by car or bus. There is a lot of traffic in urban areas, so leave with plenty of time.
8:00-12:00 Morning work. This is the main time period for administrative procedures, customer service, and paperwork.
12:00-13:00 Lunch break. Eat food brought from a nearby restaurant or home, and spend time with colleagues.
13:00-16:00 Afternoon work. Focus on responding to visitors and preparing documents, but is also affected by power outages.
16:00-17:00 Getting ready to leave work. Many students return home early due to family circumstances.
17:00-19:00 Shopping at the market, preparing dinner and enjoying time with the family.
19:00-21:00 Dinner with the family. Eating Middle Eastern cuisine, reflecting on the day through TV and conversation.
21:00-23:00 Relaxing after a bath. Often spending quiet time looking at social media and the news.

6:30-7:30 Commute to school on foot or by public transport. Students coming from far away often use the bus.
7:30-12:00 Classes. Mainly focus on core subjects such as Arabic, English, mathematics, and religion.
12:00-13:00 Lunchtime. This is also a time to eat food brought from school and chat with friends.
13:00-14:30 Afternoon classes. Many art, physical education, and practical classes are included.
14:30-16:00 Go home. Many children return home early due to family circumstances, and there are few students who go to cram school.
16:00-18:00 Help around the house and take a break. They also have a large role in the household, such as looking after siblings and shopping.
18:00-20:00 Dinner and family time. I watch the news while cherishing the time I spend with my family.
20:00-21:30 Homework and studying. I concentrate during exam periods, but this depends on the power situation.
21:30-23:00 I spend my free time getting ready for bed, and usually go to bed between 22:00 and 23:00.
