7:00-8:00 After waking up, check the news while having breakfast. Bread, porridge, and tea are standard breakfasts in Russia. In winter, people often wake up in the dark.
8:00-9:00 Commute by public transport or car. In big cities such as Moscow, the subway is crowded, and walking in the cold winter is difficult.
9:00-13:00 Start work in the morning. Russian companies have many formal meetings, and paperwork also takes time. Coffee breaks are important.
13:00-14:00 Lunch break. Eat traditional dishes such as borsch and pelmeni at the company cafeteria or a nearby cafe. A one-hour break is common.
14:00-18:00 Afternoon work. Overtime tends to be less common compared to Europe and the US, but managers may work late. Meetings with clients are also held during this time.
