6:00-7:00 Get ready and have breakfast after waking up. Check national news on TV or radio.
7:00-8:00 Walk or take the bus to work. Political slogans are posted along the way.
8:00-12:00 Morning work. Work varies depending on affiliation, such as manufacturing, clerical work, research, etc.
12:00-13:00 Lunch. Eat meals provided at work or sometimes eat at home.
13:00-17:00 Afternoon work. Includes continuing productive activities and participating in political studies and meetings.
17:00-18:00 Leave work. Sometimes pick up rations and daily necessities for the household on the way home.
18:00-19:00 Dinner. Families eat traditional food and watch national broadcasts.
19:00-21:00 Time spent at home together, reading, and watching state-sponsored video materials.
21:00-22:30 Bath and prepare for bed. Many people go to bed early to prepare for work or events the next day.

12:30-15:00 Afternoon classes. These may include practical skills, physical education, music, and work experience.
15:00-16:30 Time to study at home or work on assignments after returning home. Sometimes they may participate in local events.
16:30-18:00 Have a snack or dinner. Spend time with family.
18:00-20:00 Work on homework and revision. The learning content also includes a review of ideological education.
