13:00-16:00 Afternoon work. This is the time to focus on project work and client support.
16:00-17:00 Leave work on time. Tends to prioritize private life, such as picking up children and shopping.
17:00-19:00 Have dinner with family. Enjoy conversation over home-cooked meals and prepared foods.
19:00-21:00 Relax by watching TV, enjoying hobbies, or watching sports.
