6:00-7:00 Wake up and get ready. Check the news while having a light breakfast.
7:00-8:00 Commuting time. In cities such as Tehran, there is a lot of traffic congestion, so many people leave early.
8:00-12:00 Morning work. Government agencies and companies are most active during this time.
12:00-13:30 Lunch break and prayer time. Bring home-cooked food or use a nearby restaurant.
13:30-16:00 Afternoon work. Meetings, organizing documents, dealing with customers, etc.
16:00-17:30 End of work. Depending on the day, overtime or additional work may occur during this time.
17:30-19:00 Eat dinner after returning home. Usually, the family gathers around the table and a set of traditional dishes is served.
19:00-21:00 Time for family time. Sometimes they watch TV or have tea parties with visitors.
21:00-23:00 After taking a shower and preparing for the next day, they enjoy reading or using their smartphone before going to bed.
