Weekday schedule of an office worker in Cambodia

5:30-6:30 Wake up and get ready for the morning. Some families visit the Buddhist altar and do some light cleaning.
6:30-7:30 Breakfast. Eat rice noodles or porridge at a food stall or at home.
7:30-8:00 Commute. Many people go to work by motorbike or tuk-tuk.
8:00-12:00 Morning duties. This is the time period when paperwork is done, phone calls are answered, and meetings are held.
12:00-13:30 Lunch break. Many people have lunch with colleagues at outdoor restaurants and take a nap.
13:30-17:00 Afternoon work. Handling visitors and processing business. Tendency to leave work at the regular time.
17:00-18:00 After work, time to shop for dinner at the market or head home.
18:00-19:00 Dinner with family. Vegetable and fish dishes are common.
19:00-21:00 Watching TV and spending time with family. Some people spend this time outdoors cooling off.
21:00-22:30 Bathing and preparing for bed. Many people go to bed early in preparation for the next day.

11:00-13:00 Go home and have lunch. Eat lunch at home, and students who have afternoon classes have a break.
13:00-17:00 Afternoon classes. Many students take supplementary classes such as English and IT.
17:00-18:30 Return home. Help with household chores and do homework. Some of them may also attend cram schools.
18:30-20:00 Dinner with family. After dinner, time to relax in front of TV or smartphone.
20:00-21:30 Homework, reading, etc. Many families encourage their children to go to bed early.
