6:00-7:00 After waking up, getting dressed, having breakfast, and getting ready for work. A short prayer at home or listening to the radio is also common.
7:00-8:00 Commuting time. Travel to work by public bus or taxi. Roads are often congested.

13:00-17:00 Afternoon work. This is the time period when people answer the phone, make internal and external adjustments, and carry out regular tasks.
17:00-18:00 Prepare to leave work and go home. Many people leave work early to avoid traffic jams.
18:00-20:00 Dinner and family time. Precious time to watch TV or spend time with their children.
