Weekday schedule of an Egyptian office worker

6:00-7:00 Wake up and get ready for the morning. Have a light breakfast and get ready for the day.
7:00-8:00 Commute. Head to the office by car or public transport.
8:00-12:00 Morning work. Time to focus on checking emails, meetings, and writing documents.
12:00-13:00 Lunch break. Have lunch at a cafeteria or restaurant near the office.
13:00-16:00 Afternoon work. Time to respond to clients, attend meetings, and complete tasks.
16:00-17:00 Wrap up work. Many people prepare and organize for the next day, and leave work on time.
17:00-18:30 Time to go home. Traffic jams can occur, and travel can take a long time.
18:30-20:00 Dinner with family. Spend time together eating traditional home-cooked food.
20:00-22:00 Relaxation time to watch TV, read, and take care of household chores.
22:00-23:30 Shower and prepare for bed, and many go to bed around 23:00.

13:00-15:00 Afternoon classes. Religion, history, and physical education classes are often held.
15:00-16:00 Going home. Students who have extra classes or club activities may stay at school.
16:00-18:00 Do homework at home or relax by watching TV or using your smartphone.
18:00-20:00 Have dinner with the family and enjoy time together.
20:00-22:00 Preparation for the next day, studying, and free time. Sometimes I contact friends.
22:00-23:00 I usually take a shower, get ready for bed, and go to bed early.
