Time period (local time)	Activities
6:00-7:00	Wake up, pray, have breakfast, and prepare for work. Commuting is generally done by walking or bus.
7:00-8:00	Commuting time. There is relatively little traffic congestion, but many people arrive at work early.
8:00-12:00	Morning work. This is the time period when counter work, meetings, and various administrative tasks are concentrated.
12:00-14:00	Lunch and break time. Many people return home, and afternoon work resumes around 14:00.
14:00-17:00	Afternoon work. This is the time when they deal with visitors, organize documents, and attend departmental meetings.
17:00-18:00	Many people go home after work. There is little overtime, and it is common to leave work at the regular time.
18:00-19:30	They have dinner and spend time with their families. After dinner, they may spend time outdoors with their neighbors.
19:30-21:00	They enjoy watching TV and radio, and sometimes engage in religious activities and socialize with their neighbors.
21:00-22:30	After taking a bath, they prepare for the next day and then go to bed. Many people tend to go to bed early.
