6:30-7:30 Commute time. Walk or use public transport to get to work.
8:00-12:00 Morning work. This is the time when meetings, paperwork, customer service, etc. are held.
12:00-13:00 Lunch and break. Relax outside or at a restaurant near the workplace.
13:00-16:30 Afternoon work. Go outside and do paperwork. This is the time when the sun gets stronger.
16:30-17:30 Finish work and leave work. Many people return home before sunset.
18:00-19:00 Have dinner after returning home. Family meals are valued.
