6:30-7:30 After waking up, put on warm clothes and have a hot breakfast in the cafeteria to prepare for the day.
7:30-8:30 Briefing, check the weather, share work plans, and decide whether outdoor work is possible.
8:30-12:00 Conduct outdoor activities and research work according to your field of responsibility, such as weather observation, geological survey, and equipment inspection.
12:00-13:00 Have lunch in the cafeteria. The basic approach is to replenish your energy with a warm, high-calorie meal.
13:00-16:00 Afternoon work begins. Research activities and facility maintenance work are carried out in the same way as in the morning.
16:00-17:00 Work is completed, equipment is inspected, records are organized, and research results and reports are entered.
17:00-18:00 Dinner. Team members spend time relaxing while deepening their interactions with each other.
