Time period (local time)	Activities
7:30-8:30	Wake up, have breakfast, and check the newspaper or watch the news on TV.
8:30-9:30	Commute. Travel by public transport, on foot, or by car is common.
9:30-14:00	Morning work. This is the time period when people focus on meetings, clerical work, and dealing with customers.
14:00-16:00	Lunch break. This is a longer break, and many people have a course meal at a restaurant.
16:00-19:00	Afternoon work. This is the time period when people have meetings or continue working.
19:00-20:00	Leave work. They may go shopping, go to the gym, or go to a bar before heading home.
20:00-21:30	Dinner. They usually spend some time relaxing with family and friends.
21:30-23:00	Relax by watching TV, movies, or reading. They have a lot of free time.
23:00-24:00	Take a bath and get ready for bed. Many people go to bed around midnight.
