12:00-14:00 Lunch and break. Many people return home to eat and avoid the heat.
14:00-16:00 As the heat reaches its peak during the day, many people are less active and take breaks.
16:00-18:00 The sunlight becomes less intense, and many people start going out and going to work again.
18:00-20:00 Time to get home and have dinner. Time to spend time with family and watch TV.
20:00-22:00 Time to relax and get ready for bed. Many people read, chat, pray, etc.
22:00-5:30 Bedtime. Many people go to bed early to prepare for the early morning routine.
