Weekday schedule of an office worker in Belize

6:30-7:30 After waking up, take a shower, have a light breakfast, and get ready for work.
7:30-8:30 Go to work by car or public bus. There is little traffic, but depending on the distance, the journey can be long.
8:30-12:00 Morning work hours. Mainly dealing with emails, meetings, and dealing with documents.
12:00-13:00 Lunch break. Often eat out at a local restaurant or have a lunch that you brought with you.
13:00-17:00 Afternoon work. This is the time period when you deal with customers, organize data, and cooperate with other employees.
17:00-18:00 Get ready to leave work and head home. Many people head home at the regular time, and there is little tendency for overtime to be worked.
18:00-19:30 After returning home, have dinner with family. Spend time eating local or home-cooked food.
19:30-21:00 Enjoy relaxing time by watching TV, reading, or interacting with neighbors.
